What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €4.95. If your order is above €25, shipping is free.
Will I receive confirmation when my order has been shipped?
We will send an email and a track & trace code. If something went wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service. They will help you further!
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed on workdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise stated). With most parcel services this means that it will be delivered the next day.
What if my product is not delivered on time?
Of course, we are always dependent on these parcel services and it sometimes happens (including during extremely busy periods) that it takes a little longer. Keep a close eye on your track & trace. You can always contact us. We would be happy to take a look with you!😁
