• Luck is our youngest: a blue mitted Ragdoll with an inquisitive look and a clear preference for cuddles, clean baskets and anything that moves automatically (especially the automatic feeder).
• Pip is the thinker. She always calmly examines new products from a distance before giving her approval.
• Flo is our ray of sunshine: always looking for a warm spot or a cozy basket to curl up in.

Together they help with testing, approving, and posing for the camera. If they don't like it, it won't make it into the shop.
